Reservation Agreement

Please fill out the rental reservation agreement ENTIRELY and ACCURATELY. We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate information. The rental reservation agreement is not valid or confirmed until ALL fields have been completed, and the agreement signed and returned to Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals. In order to officially secure and confirm your rental reservation, BOTH the deposit for the reservation AND the rental agreement must be received. We will not honor a reservation without proper receipt of payment AND the rental documentation under any circumstances. A proposal does not guarantee the availability of your requested items and is only confirmed once the reservation agreement has been returned and payment for retainer has been received. Unless your rental reservation has been officially placed and confirmed, rental pricing and quotes are subject to change at any time.

A 50% retainer of the TOTAL rental order is required to reserve your hand-picked rental pieces for the specified date and time. The final payment for your rental order is due 30 days prior to your reserved rental date. The final balance for your rental includes the remaining 50% of your total rental order. The final rental payment may also include all pickup/delivery fees to your event and any additional special services. If the balance of your rental reservation is unpaid prior to 30 days before your event, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation for lack of payment and your retainer will not be refunded.

Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals reservation agreement does require keeping a copy of a credit card on file for inventory damages and/or loss. In the case of damages, we will notify you immediately and process the fee for the damaged items using the card kept on file.

Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals accepts PayPal, personal check, all major credit cards, money orders, and bank checks to reserve and fulfill the balance of your rental quote.


We understand accidents happen. Please contact us immediately if an item is compromised, so we can assess the damages. We will examine the rental inventory at the time of pickup and notify you of any damages.

If an item is damaged – including broken, stained, ripped, or missing pieces, etc. upon pickup we will contact you in regards to the extent of the damage or missing items. We first attempt to fix and clean the item ourselves; however, if the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at the current industry standard of FIVE TIMES the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. The person(s) listed on the rental reservation agreement are responsible for paying the damages and replacement costs of the rental item.

Our pieces are very special to us: many were handpicked, curated, and created over many years to provide you with unique rental options. If any of the rental pieces are at an outdoor event, please move them inside or under proper cover should the weather worsen. If damages occur due to prolonged exposure to inclement weather, the rental recipient will be responsible for paying the damage fees, explained above, in order for us to replace or repair the damaged rentals.


The reservation retainer is non-refundable at any time, as the pieces are reserved specifically for you for the date of the event on file. You may substitute available pieces with the deposit funds up to 180 days from your scheduled event to a new event should you no longer need the pieces for the day they were originally reserved for. The deposit amount must be used in its entirety for the reservation of inventory for the new event. No partial refunds will be given.


Please understand that if your event is cancelled for any reason, the reservation retainer securing your favorite rental pieces are nonrefundable. Prior to 60 days of your scheduled rental reservation, you can cancel your rental and not be responsible for the final balance. Your reservation retainer is non-refundable at any time. Cancellations for any reason after the 60 day period prior to your event require the final balance be paid in full, despite your event cancellation.

Rush Reservation Orders

When new rental reservations are requested 7 days or less before an event, our team must re-arrange and prioritize our schedule in order to accommodate your rental. This may include coming in on a day off, or taking time away from other projects and meetings with clients. To accommodate a rush rental order, we charge an additional 20% of the total rental balance to prep and pack your order without sacrificing our commitment and the high level of customer service we provide every client.

Orders finalized within 7 days of your event date must be paid in full.


Standard White Glove Rental Delivery Includes:

The time, labor, and supplies used in packing the delivery vehicle prior to your event.

Driving to your venue.

Delivering all the rental items.

Setting up all large furnishings, such as arbors and backdrops.

Driving back to the Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals warehouse.

Returning to your venue to pick up items after your event.

Driving back to the Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals warehouse.

Time and labor to unload the vehicle and place the items back in the warehouse.

Delivery assumes the rental items are being placed in a location 50 feet from the delivery vehicle.

Failure to notify us of inadequate delivery conditions will cause us to assess any additional delivery charge, including placement beyond 50 feet from delivery vehicle, moving or carrying items up and down stairs, and delivery or pickup of items beyond standard delivery hours of 9:00 am thru 11:00 pm.

Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals requires adequate access to site of delivery, including but not limited to: drive-up access to outdoor events, minimum of 4’ wide hallways, a standard size freight elevator (8′ wide or larger), and ramp access rather than stairways.

If such access is not available, the client must inform Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals, as additional manpower will be required for delivery. Failure to notify Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals of such delivery conditions may result in additional delivery fees.

Additional Delivery Policies

If the event space is not ready or accessible at the confirmed time of delivery or your event runs over the confirmed time of pickup, making the items unavailable for pickup, your credit card will be charged $50 for each additional 15 mins of wait time.

Should your rental items be not available for pickup at the time confirmed on the rental reservation agreement and we are forced to return the following day, you will be charged an additional $150 for a return pickup fee. You will also be charged $5 per mile of the travel distance from our warehouse to your event location and the mileage from your event location back to our warehouse.

Rental items will not be delivered to an outdoor location and left in inclement weather. If your event is outdoors, you must have an established backup plan, like housing or a tent, to protect the rental items from damaging elements. If the rental items are damaged due to improper care and weather protection, the card on file will be charged 5 TIMES the rental rate for EACH item damaged.

Rental Items must NOT be left outside overnight under any circumstances, even in seemingly clear weather conditions.

Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup of our inventory in conditions that will harm or damage our inventory and/or potentially endanger the health and safety of our staff.

Styled Shoots

We love participating in styled shoots; it is an honor to collaborate with other talented creatives, industry professionals, and venues! Please contact us well in advance to discuss the details of the shoot and how we can best coordinate!

Due to the number of requests, inadequate participation crediting, and damage of rental inventory, Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals has had to implement some policies regarding our participation in styled shoots.

Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals will draft a quote for the items requested for the shoot, and like any other rental reservation agreement, we require a 25% fee of the entire quote balance in order to participate in the styled shoot. This fee allows us to compensate our employees for prepping, packing, cleaning, and restocking items requested.

A signed Styled Shoot Agreement is required.

Requests for a large amount of inventory for a shoot will require the delivery vehicle needed be paid for in advance. If a box truck or Uhaul must be rented to transport the rentals requested for the shoot, this is the responsibility of the shoot coordinator. If the requested rental items can be transported in a standard pickup, no additional transportation fees will be assessed.

Uniquely Chic Vintage Rentals must be the only specialty/vintage rental company involved in the shoot. Other Rental companies offering vintage furniture or decor as part of their inventory are direct competition and cannot be included in the shoot.

We must be provided shots of our inventory with and without the model.

Proper Credit is required on ANY and ALL photos or posts including any of our inventory. This can be in the form of a tag, link, or written description directing others to our website and social media page(s).
